「空守村」 (Karakami Mura)
"Karakami Village"
Compared to the action-packed previous episode, the trip to Karakami Village was a lot more easygoing. Be that as it may, the formal introduction of Kyouhei and Utao's hometown and the explanations about the Kakashi made this episode just as good.

「無限連鎖のアポトーシス」 (Mugenrensa no apotōshisu)
"Infinite Chain of Apoptosis"
A couple of words come to mind when considering this episodes of Steins;Gate. Intense, certainly. Dark, definitely. But the one that really captures it for me is “joyless”. And while it was probably a necessary evil at this stage in the story, that didn’t make it any easier to watch.

「あーと☆あーたー☆あーちすと」 (Aato☆Aataa☆Aachisuto)
"Art☆Arter☆Artist"
Wow, they won't even let Akari have her short opening message anymore. This is really verging on trolling levels thanks to Kyouko. It's one thing to joke about how Akari has no presence; it's downright cruel to take it away from her.

「人ならぬもの」 (Hito Naranu Mono)
"That Which is not Human"
I've had many things said about me over the years, but never let it be said that I've taken the pleasures of squid away from a middle-aged man.

「誘惑」 (Yūwaku)
"Temptation"
I’ll confess a certain reluctance at wading into the debate over the direction this series is taking, but I guess that’s sort of the point of being an anime blogger, isn’t it? I think this episode did a pretty good job encapsulating all the challenges the produces of AoEx are facing, what they’re doing well, and what they’re struggling with.

「僕とのぞきと強化合宿っ!」 (Boku to Nozoki to Kyouka Gasshuku!)
"Me, Peeping, and Training Camp!"
I still can't place my finger on what exactly was so good about this episode, but all the different points that I factor in while watching Baka Test was all there. Starting with some ridiculous problem that Akihisa and friends have to deal with, there apparently was a school festival between episode four and five. And during this festival, both Akihisa and Yuuji had to do things that they'd rather not remember and are getting blackmailed with it.

「どろどろオムライス」 (Dorodoro Omeraisu)
"Mushy Omelette Rice"
That's what I'm talking about P.A. Works! I knew you had creative people working in the story department, and this is the type of hectic, crazy, multiple sided drama that I've been dying to see. You can say that I was extremely impressed with just how many different angles this Culture Festival is going to have.

「日常19」 (Nichijou 19)
"My Ordinary Life 19"
Weboshi and Fecchan finally make a second appearance! Even though they're secondary or rather third tier characters, Fecchan was just too cute in that small amount of time allotted to her skit. Running and tripping in the rain, pouting when she got her clothes all dirty, it was just too damn cute.

「そして天魔が、歌われる」 (Soshite Tenma Ga, Utawareru)
"And The Tenma is Sung"
Unlike the previous episodes where there was very little, if any plot-related material, this episode when coupled with the serious parts of last week’s make for the beginning of what sounds like a really interesting story. I’m not sure what it was about this week’s episode but I just didn’t want it to end!
