While episode four of Argevollen may have been completely devoid of action and did very little to entice viewers to keep watching, it definitely took a step in the right direction.

Why is it that when there's some new prototype weapon in anime, there always seems to be some convenient plot device attached to it so that only the main protagonist can use it regardless of how incompetent he may be?
