“Traveling Companions”
It turns out that the clock hand weve seen is just the beginning of a long journey. To complete this quest, one needs six pieces of this clock, and the clock hand was just the first one. The guild members split themselves into five groups to look for the remaining parts, and these groups, theyre definitely bringing out the romance lovers. Couples, couples, and couples there is so much shipping going on in FAIRY TAIL today! As far as I can tell, we have Juvia x Gray, Natsu x Lucy, and Gajeel x Levy one of these couples has an imaginary family, if only this was real
It seems to me that this filler arc might not end this summer. Knowing that there are more parts of this clock to find, Legion to defeat and probably Jackpot too I doubt that the remaining 3 5 episodes are enough for this, unless we see some crazy pacing here. And on top of that, none of the FAIRY TAIL members except Gajeel has gone through any training. Im assuming we might have fillers next season too, not that I mind, but I could be wrong! The only thing Ill mind with this seasons end will be the fact that I wont be able to hear the amazing ending theme anymore, I like it very much.
Leaving that and going back to the episode itself, it seems that there has been some gossiping going on about this quest. Michelle said that there might be a traitor in FAIRY TAIL, Im not sure if thats a serious statement or not, but the only person I can imagine being a traitor for now is Michelle herself, but I hope Im wrong. I like her very much, especially her interactions with Lucy. Id be very sad to see her betray Lucy. But luckily, Lucy has three more partners for this quest: Natsu, Happy, and Romeo. It looks like Romeos battle is coming up, and based on the opening sequence, I assume hell fight alongside Natsu who has now returned to his original size thanks to some kind archaeologists.
Now that weve seen some teams arrive at their destinations, it seems that next weeks episode will focus on finding the key parts in these weird places. It looks like Grays team will fight while Natsus team will walk through a labyrinth. There is nothing in the preview about the other teams. I guess theyre still training, or maybe, still sulking because of a ruined picnic
Next episode will probably be an action packed one, looking forward to that.

I’m ok with Natsu x Lucy but wondering why Lisanna is being ignored. I hate the other pairings 100%.
The dialogue between Juvia, Gray, and Lyon was just golden. The classical music made it even better.
The name of the classical music played during Juvia, Gray n Lyon slipped my mind. Anybody remember the name of it?

One thing I don’t quite understand yet is that even after all the emotional flashbacks of Small Natsu and Small Lisanna… and how emotive it was when Natsu saw her at Edolas… and even when they found out it was Earth Lisanna at the end of the Edolas arc… they never explored their relationship.
It’s great that there are so many screenshots of Gray and Juvia. And I’m happy that Lyon is there with them; it should make things more interesting with the love triangle.That picnic was just so random. I actually don’t want Lily to overcome his fear of lightning, because that’s part of his cute side. I hope they will explain why the archeologists know Lucy’s mom. And too bad Natsu’s back to his original size, I won’t have mind if he stayed small for another episode.
