Short Summary: At the track meet, we get introduced to Emelson Arima, the current number one sprinter. After Suzuka loudly exclaims that he's below Tsuda-senpai, Arima comes over and confronts her, repeatedly saying that Tsuda is dead, and that he's number one now.

Short Summary: Takemoto is still unsuccessful at finding a job until he gets introduced to one of Hanamoto-sensei's former students, Usui. After getting acquainted, Usui notices that Takemoto has a good eye and hires him.

Downtime!

Sorry folks, but the site was down from around 4:20 EST today till about just now (6+ hours of downtime). The problem was attributed to the LA Power Outage, which took out our host. Anyway, they fixed everything up (hopefully), and I have posts ready to go!

Short Summary: All is not well in Outo country as the Oni have started to attack non-slayers in the night. The news spreads quickly, though Fye and Sakura decide to concentrate on making dinner rather than worrying about it. Meanwhile, Kurogane continues Syaoran's training by instructing him to blindfold himself and then find his way back home.

Note: All times are given in a 24 hour format, using what I call relative day time where times are extended to show which day they belong to. For instance, Friday morning at 1:30AM would become Thurday at 25:30 to show that the episode aired late Thursday night. Also, please notice that I've adjusted all the times for Daylight Saving. Meaning the EST times won't be correct until that goes into effect on October 30. A brief run-down on my choice of shows:
  • Jigoku Shoujo - Not really sure about this series, but it seems rather dark. Since Bleach is in the mornings, I'm giving this a try almost purely on the fact that it airs later Tuesday.
  • Shakugan no Shana - If only the art of this series looked like the front page of the website...Another show I'm just sampling to see if I like it or not. The book covers seem to suggest a lot of girls with swords.
  • Karin - The title character is a reverse vampire: she expells blood instead of sucking it. In the event that she can't find someone to stick her blood in, she nosebleeds and hilarity ensues. I enjoyed reading the manga, so I'm looking forward to this.
  • Paradise Kiss - Yay! Yazawa Ai has recently become one of my favorite mangaka, and I just finished reading ParaKiss a week ago, so I'm very much anticipating this series. Paradise Kiss is the story of a Yukari, a high school student who's unsure about the direction of her future. She meets a group of students who have a clothing brand named Paradise Kiss, and her life changing adventures begin...
